TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE.

• All hire prices are for a 5 day period,pickup on Thursday and drop off on Monday or by courier to you with return stickers.
• Any hires not dropped off in the timeframe may incur a $50.00  per day penalty charge.
• All published prices are subject to change without notice.A deposit of 25% is required to confirm booking.Full payment of order is required 7 days prior to supply.A bond is required which is refunded 7 days after hire goods are returned.
• It is the hirers responsibility to guard against equipment loss or damage until returned.
• All goods are carefully checked when packed.It is the hirers responsibility to check the goods upon delivery and notify us of any discrepancies and /or damage between the goods supplied and the goods ordered.Complaints made after the return of the goods will not be considered.
• Any damage to the equipment or linen eg grass stains,tumeric stains will be deducted before the bond is refunded to you.
• Finesse Linens reserves the right to charge additional cleaning fee on equipment that requires additional cleaning over and above the usual cleaning requirements of the particular item.
• Finesse Linens will take no responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond their control.Finesse linens will however at all times act in the best interest of the hirer to rectify any delays to the best of their ability.
• Deliveries made to third parties or unoccupied premises are made entirely at the hirers risk.
• All equipment remains the property of Finesse linens.
• Finesse linens reserves the right to charge additional handling fees for any last minute changes to orders.
• Freight/delivery fees will apply if changes result in additional dispatch of goods/services.Finesse linens reserves the right to charge an additional fee for the cancellation of products and services.
• Finesse linens reserves the right to charge late fees for overdue accounts.
• The hirer and any representatives of the hirer who have taken possession of hire equipment are deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions of this agreement.
